Carla is an absolute wonderful massage therapist. From the moment you walk in, she creates such a calm, welcoming environment that instantly helps you relax. She’s incredibly friendly and genuinely takes the time to get to know her clients, which makes every session feel personal and tailored.
Her massages are consistently amazing — she really knows how to work out tension while still keeping the experience deeply relaxing. You can tell she truly cares about what she does, and it shows in the quality of her work.

I had my microblading done a week ago and honestly, such a great experience! I was able to book in a time to go after work (amazing for full time workers!) I went in after work and felt so calm and comfortable the whole time. The results are amazing — my skin looks and feels incredible, and it’s given me such a confidence boost. I’ll definitely be going back. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Calm & Co now for a few months to see the beautiful Carla for her reiki sessions. She has been absolutely incredible and calming beyond words. After every session I am left feeling more at ease, with a lot more answers to my thoughts. I could recommend this wonderful lady enough!
