I had my helix pierced by Mia today and honestly couldn’t be happier! She was super friendly from the moment I walked in and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole process. She answered all my questions with so much patience and kindness, and you can really tell she cares about what she does. Mia is such a lovely person, and my new helix piercing looks amazing, I’m absolutely in love with it. I booked with Hocus Pocus as I had 2 forward helix pierced at a large franchise over 4 months ago. I went in 5 time after the initial 6 weeks wait, to get the bar changed to a smaller one as I could tell the swelling had gone down and they just kept saying no come back as it’s not ready to be downsized. I decided to get a second opinion and booked with Hocus Pocus and was informed they were ready for the bar to be downsized and that the piercing had migrated a bit. She was gentle with the exchanging of the piercing and explained everything well. I will definitely be going back if I get more piercings!
