From the moment I walked in, Barsha made me feel so welcome and completely at ease. She genuinely took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, offered thoughtful advice, and somehow worked absolute magic on my hair. I also did my hair color with Vivian who was amazing, her attention to detail, talent, and, friendly nature made it so easy for me. I walked out feeling, refreshed, and absolutely in love with my hair. I couldn’t recommend them more highly—thank you for making me feel so pampered and cared for ♥️

I found Barsha via a Facebook ad. I read the reviews, and contacted her about a nano failure. Not only that, I had been using box dye which was damaging my hair. I needed help asap. From the moment I stepped in, Barsha was so welcoming! She took a look at my hair and told me what she recommended, and step by step explained how she was going to fix it. My hairdresser, Sangita, was amazing and so sweet! I felt comfortable and at ease! The colour correction came out better than I thought and its silky smooth! Reasonably priced for my damaged hair. Thank you so so much both of you! Im definitely coming back!

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome and invited to sit down for a thorough consultation to discuss my hair type and expectations. Barsha and Vivian were incredibly honest and transparent about what my hair could and couldn’t achieve, setting clear expectations for the final outcome—which I truly appreciated. I’ve never experienced such gentle care, and every staff member was friendly, attentive, and highly professional throughout my visit. Even though I spent almost three hours there, it genuinely felt like a luxury experience. What impressed me most is that even after washing my hair, I continue to receive compliments on how healthy, vibrant, and beautiful my new hairstyle looks. Thank you so much to the amazing LBB team.
